Declan Delanty Appointed New CEO of Carrolls Irish Gifts
Carrolls Irish Gifts has announced the appointment of Mr. Declan Delanty as their new Chief Executive Officer. Declan will assume responsibilities in May 2016 and succeeds Mr. Ray O’Connell, who retired in 2015.
Declan Delanty is an experienced business leader in the areas of operations, management, finance and property. He is also skilled in business acquisition, business development, and business strategy.
Declan brings with him a huge amount of Retail experience having worked as Managing Director of Links of London, Folli Follie Group, and previously held operations and Finance Director roles in Brown Thomas and Arnotts.

The 100% Irish owned company was founded by Colm Carroll in 1982. Carrolls currently employ more than 300 staff throughout their 15 stores based in Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny and Belfast and have over 110 Irish suppliers.
